We are an association of qualified professionals from the health, legal and political sectors. Our competencies are broad and we always work people-centred, with a focus on the healthcare of people of African origin and People of Colour (POC) based in Hamburg, Germany. We see our role as educating people from our diaspora about the health system and their resources. As well as advising them on how to make important individual decisions

in order to lead an autonomous, self-determined life for as long as possible, even when in need of care. Our approach is to provide preventive assistance for psychological hygiene as well as health-promoting measures compatible with everyday life through workshops. Together, we accompany people through the bureaucratic and emotional process when a need for assistance becomes necessary for a short or long time.
